§ 115.02. Unlawful possession or consumption of malt beverages and unfortified wines.

(A)

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume any malt beverages and unfortified wines on town property.

(B)

Possession of malt beverages and unfortified wine in an unopened bottle, can or container which is being held or carried in an opaque bag or similar container so that the alcoholic beverage cannot be seen is excepted herefrom as a prohibited conduct.
