§ 130.08. Motor vehicles on beaches, prohibited generally.

It shall be unlawful to use any dune or beach buggies, jeeps, motorcycles, cars, trucks or any other form of power-driven vehicles on Carrot Island, Bird Shoal, Horseshoe Island and any other islands or portions thereof south of Taylor's Creek and within the corporate limits of the town, and which islands or portions thereof may be part of the foreshore, beach strand and the barrier dune system of the island or portion thereof within the town corporate limits.
