§ 116.07. Permit revocation.

  • The Board of Commissioners may revoke a permit or certificate issued to any operator of a non- motorized vehicle upon the following grounds:

    (A)

    A violation of the terms and conditions of this article and a failure of the applicant to correct the same after due notice;

    (B)

    Violation of traffic laws or ordinances or a disregard for the safety of passengers and the general public;

    (C)

    The giving of any false information on the application for a permit, or a failure to promptly notify the town of any changes, amendments or revisions in the information given which may have resulted in the approval of the permit. It shall be required that the town be notified within seven days following any acts, events or occurrences which would cause an amendment or change to be made in the information given on the application; or

    (D)

    The cancellation or revocation of liability insurance coverage for the operator and its operations.
