§ 113.99. Penalty.

(A)

Any violation of this chapter shall subject the offender to punishment as provided in § 10.99.

(B)

Notwithstanding subsection (A) above, provisions of this chapter may be enforced through equitable remedies issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

(C)

In addition to or in lieu of remedies authorized in subsections (A) and (B) above, violations of this chapter maybe prosecuted as a misdemeanor in accordance with § 10.99.
