§ 112.20. Return of unused deposit.

Latest version.

After verification by the Town Administrator, Chief of Police and Superintendent of Public Works that all damages or expenses occurred in the house moving have been accounted for and paid or that no damages or expenses were incurred in the move, the entire deposit or so much then remaining shall be returned to the mover.
