§ 112.01. Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

House.
(1)

A dwelling, building or other structure in excess of 12 feet in width.

(2)

The term house shall not include mobile homes, doublewide mobile homes, boats and similar structures capable of being moved on a semitrailer having a maximum length of 50 feet and which can reasonably be expected to safely proceed on and over the public streets of the town at a speed of 20 mph or more.
