§ 111.17. Eligibility.

The Board of Commissioners shall not issue a license to any applicant who:
(A)

Has been convicted of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs;

(B)

Is an habitual user of alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs; or

(C)

Has either not complied with or is not in a position to comply with other applicable county, state or federal laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the amusement center.
