§ 111.15. Required; application.

(A)

Every operator of an amusement center and game room shall be required to pay a privilege license in accordance with the privilege license ordinance of the town.

(B)

In addition, every operator of an amusement center and game room shall apply and obtain a license from the Board of Commissioners to operate an amusement center and game room. Applications for such a license shall be made upon forms provided by the Town Clerk.
