§ 110.46. Collection of deficiency, additional penalty for continuation.

Latest version.

The Tax Collector may use any of the following methods to collect a deficiency under this article:
(A)

Criminal prosecution;

(B)

Equitable relief;

(C)

The remedies of levy and sale and attachment and garnishment; and/or

(D)

The remedies of levy and sale of real and personal property of the taxpayer within the town.
