§ 71.04. Passenger and commercial loading zones.

Certain streets, or parts thereof, are designated as passenger and commercial loading and unloading zones and no persons shall stop, stand or park a vehicle therein during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for any purpose other than the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or commercial products, and then for only a period not to exceed 30 minutes or one-half hour. Loading zones are marked by signs on the streets.
