§ 53.21. Connections outside corporate limits.

Any person owning or controlling premises beyond the corporate limits of the town and desiring to install a plumbing system for the purpose of discharging domestic and/or industrial waste into the sanitary sewers of the town may do so by complying with the requirements of the town, shall be the responsibility of the property owner and shall be done under the general supervision of the Public Works Director.
