§ 53.04. Powers and authority for inspection.

(A)

The approving authority and other duly authorized employees of the town, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

(B)

Authority is hereby granted to the Board of Commissioners to temporarily exclude any industrial waste, whether pretreated or not, from the sanitary sewers whenever, in its opinion, the action is necessary for the purpose of determining the effects of the wastes upon the sewers, sewage treatment works or sewage treatment plants.
