§ 52.99. Penalty.

(A)

Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 51.99.

(B)

During the existence of the proclaimed state of emergency, it shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of the proclamation with regard to the prohibitions, restrictions and limitations stated therein regarding the usage of water. Any person violating any provision of the proclamation enacted or proclaimed under the authority of section 52.30 et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided by section 10.99.

(C)

Violation of section 52.50 et seq. shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable as provided by section 10.99.
