§ 94.23. Impounding animals.

  • Any animal that, in the considered judgment of the police officer, has strayed or which is not properly vaccinated for rabies, or is deemed a public nuisance, may be impounded and confined in the animal pound in a humane manner, subject to redemption, adoption or destruction as provided in current pound regulations.
