§ 94.15. Animal control.

It shall be the duty of the town's Police Department to perform all the duties incidental to the administration and enforcement of this article, and to perform such other duties as by law or ordinance may be imposed on them and shall work in cooperation with the town's Zoning Officer, the county's Health Department and the county's Animal Control Officer.
