§ 93.03. Interference with firefighters, apparatus.

(A)

No person shall interfere with a firefighter in the discharge of his or her duty, or hinder him or her in the performance of his or her duty.

(B)

Nor shall any person other than members of the Fire Department loiter about any fire station, or change, handle or meddle in any manner with any fire engine or any other apparatus.
