§ 93.01. Adoption of Fire Prevention Code.

(A)

As provided by G.S. Chapter 143, the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, including all subsequent amendments or revisions duly adopted, shall be applicable and enforced within the corporate limits of the town. The North Carolina Fire Prevention Code shall be referred to in this chapter as the Fire Prevention Code.

(B)

The listed standards and publications which comprise a part of the Fire Prevention Code, as the same may be periodically revised and updated, shall be applicable and enforced within the city.

(C)

An official copy of the Fire Prevention Code, and revisions thereto, shall be maintained in the office of the Fire Department
