§ 30.41. Special meetings.

  • A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners may be called by the Mayor, or by a majority of the Board of Commissioners to meet at such time and place as may be specified. Each member of the Board of Commissioners shall be duly notified of the meeting and of its objective, and no other business shall be transacted at the meeting except that for which it was called.
